• Involvement with the Wairakei Charrette, which delivered an urban design master plan for the development of the land in Wairakei Papamoa East area
• Concept design and layout of stages, incorporating conventional residential as well as medium and high density mixed use zones
• Stormwater design
• Earthworks design and volume calculations
• Preliminary engineering design for services
• 145ha topographical survey of the land
• Assistance with the Tauranga City Council Structure Plan for the area
• Archaeological Authority approvals from the Historic Places Trust

The pilot scheme for overall Wairakei area is the Excelsa Development, for which we have provided the following services:

• Assessments for servicing
• Engineering design, contract management and supervision for roading, earthworks, potable water, wastewater and stormwater
• Obtaining Council approvals and s223/s224 certifications
• Land transfer surveys, new boundary establishments, legal survey plan preparation for lodgment with LINZ
