Profile

S & L Consultants Limited was formed in 2004 having evolved from a number of previous partnerships including Shrimpton and Lipinski Limited which was formed in 1971.  The company management group is made up of long term residents of Tauranga including the coastal areas of Mount Maunganui and Papamoa.  Our staff of 24 comprises Geotechnical and Civil Engineers, Cadastral Surveyors, Resource Management Planners and Support staff that have a wealth of experience in their particular fields – essential to succeed in today’s world of compliance and performance standards.

Our company provides a professional consulting services  for a diverse range of development projects of all scales (small, medium and large).  We provide assistance to the general public, land development clients and territorial authorities.  Each and every project is managed by one of the company directors who coordinates the various technical inputs and ensures the project is delivered on time and within budget.

S & L Consultants Ltd has also forged strong links with Ecologists, Landscape Architects and other disciplines whose inputs are increasingly vital for the success of the consent process.  Our knowledge of the whole development process from conception to completion makes us the ideal organisation to act as the development’s lead consultancy.  We are currently managing projects in the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and the Coromandel Peninsula.
